Statements Menu

The Statements menu provides various customer statement formats that show the customer open balance as of the statement date. Dunning messages can be added to the statement based on how old the open balance is for the customer. Dunning messages are defined in the message tab of Receivables Options. Statements and dunning messages will only print for customers that have been set the Statement field to Y (Y=yes) and Dunning Message field to Y (Y=yes) in the Customer table.
